Community Hub Initiative

he SALT has partnered with churches to host five resource fairs, connecting over 50 social service agencies to 200 individuals needing assistance.

In addition, through our quarterly roundtables, the SALT is facilitating partnerships within the faith community. To date, we are working with over 180 faith organizations and over 150 social service agencies.

By leveraging these relationships, we are establishing S.A.L.T. Community Hubs, connecting residents, faith partners, and social service agencies.
