Created to Be a Man of God

Created to Be a Man of God

(Training message for House Church and individual use: preached 11/1 – 11/7/2020)

At the burning bush, was Moses right? Were the three statements that he made, in his reply to God, correct?

“And Moses answered and said, But, behold, they will not believe me, nor hearken unto my voice: for they will say, The Lord hath not appeared unto thee.” (Exodus 4:1, KJV)

I. God created you for this!

“Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.” (Jeremiah 1:5, NASB)

II. God created your youth for this!

“Then said I, Ah, Lord God! behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child.” (Jeremiah 1:6)

III. God created your manhood for this!

“But the Lord said unto me, Say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak.” (Jeremiah 1:7)

IV. God created your heart for this!

“Be not afraid of their faces: for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the Lord.” (Jeremiah 1:8)

V. God created your mouth for this!

“Then the Lord put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the Lord said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth.” (Jeremiah 1:9)

VI. God created your life for this!

“See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.” (Jeremiah 1:10)
