Why Community Hubs?
For people in struggling inner cities, a church-based hub can change everything.
68 million people in our inner cities live in poverty, homelessness, and a lack of access to critical resources.
That’s 2 in 10 people across the United States. Or, the equivalent of the total population in California and Texas (our two largest states) combined.
Families struggle to find stability, children miss out on education, and opportunities for economic growth remain out of reach. But when churches are empowered to serve, communities gain access to hope, support, and transformation—creating pathways to education, stability, and a brighter future, especially for the most vulnerable.
Hubs Change Everything.
HOUSING
Lack of stable housing puts more people at risk each year than many other crises, leading to poor health, economic hardship, and generational struggles.
Children in unstable or inadequate housing are significantly more vulnerable to illness, trauma, and long-term poverty, facing challenges that can have lifelong consequences.
HEALTH
Every day, families in underserved communities face preventable health crises due to poor living conditions and lack of access to essential resources.
When people have access to proper healthcare, nutrition, and support, they can thrive—reducing illness, improving quality of life, and breaking the cycle of poverty.
EDUCATION
Stable housing and community support help keep kids in school, giving them a chance at a brighter future.
When children have a safe place to live and access to resources, they can focus on learning instead of facing daily hardships. Proper support systems also help ensure that students, especially girls, stay in school and reach their full potential.
STABILITY
Strong communities provide the foundation for individuals and families to build secure, independent lives.
When people have access to stable housing, resources, and support, they can focus on building a future—starting businesses, improving their homes, and creating opportunities for the next generation.
How do we tackle the inner city crisis?
We collaborate with local churches, faith-based organizations, and community leaders to develop the most effective, sustainable solutions for each neighborhood we serve. Whether it’s launching outreach programs, establishing resource hubs, or strengthening social services, we ensure that every initiative is built for lasting impact. Our partners also provide essential training and support, equipping local leaders to sustain and expand these efforts for years to come.
