The Auditor Is Coming!

(Leadership message for House Church and individual use: preached 11/28 – 12/4/2021)

“Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.”

(2 Corinthians 5:20)

Introduction: Are you in bonds?

“For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.” (Ephesians 6:20)

I. Did you comply with the contract?

“Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.” (2 Corinthians 5:20)

  • “And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” (Mark 16:15)

II. Did you follow the directives?

“Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.” (2 Corinthians 5:20)

  • “And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.” (Mark 16:20)

III. Did you represent the organization?

“Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.” (2 Corinthians 5:20)

  • “And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore…” (Matthew 28:18-19a)

Conclusion: Did you produce the required results?
