“For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries.”
(1 Corinthians 16:9)
Introduction
“For a wide door for effective work has opened to me, and there are many adversaries.” (1 Corinthians 16:9, ESV)
I. It has all opened up… for you to walk with God.
“And Enoch walked with God after he begat Methuselah three hundred years, and begat sons and daughters:” (Genesis 5:22)
“And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him.” (Genesis 5:24)
“These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God.” (Genesis 6:9)
“For a wide door for effective work has opened to me, and there are many adversaries.” (1 Corinthians 16:9, ESV)
II. It has all opened up… for you to search with God.
“And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none.” (Ezekiel 22:30)
“And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.” (Jeremiah 29:13)
“And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.” (Matthew 4:19)

III. It has all opened up… for you to war on God’s behalf.
“Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee:” (Genesis 12:1)
“And the Lord said unto Joshua, Get thee up; wherefore liest thou thus upon thy face?” (Joshua 7:10)
“Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.” (Ephesians 6:11)
“Stand therefore…” (Ephesians 6:14)
Conclusion
